Friendly service answering questions and not being the usual pushy salesperson you find in so many stores

Easy ordering and help even adding to the order a few days later

We received an excellent service, the salesman provided all the options and understood exactly what we were looking for. He was very kind and gave us all the information of the products and details of the sale process.

Very helpful and friendly customer service! Was served by Ahmed and he went above and beyond to make sure i had the right sofa for me and my son! Explained everything clearly! Couldn't of been more helpful!

Gents arrived & I explained where the sofa would go, advised only way through the back if needs would be over the back hedge (low hedge, flat ground) to which one replied ' yeah that aint gonna happen ' I was quite surprised & said ok, how will you get this in if it wont come through the door? he walked off and said ' well hopefully does not come to that '

Anyway, it came in the front door & they kindly put it together which was great, however I paid over 2.5k for this sofa and I found it fairly rude & worse, in my own house.

+ there is a chip/scuff on one of the legs, I have contacted DFS regards this but no comms back yet.

Alice was really helpful from the start, explained everything really clearly and we had a great experience. Very easy from start to finish.

My experience was great, the person that assisted me was really helpful and had great knowledge of the fabrics, styles and durability of the sofas.

Customer service is excellent, store in Guildford is welcoming and website clear and easy to use. sofa is coming earlier than expected which is great! Only downsides are that some ranges are online only and not possible to test out anywhere, also that it's difficult to add on fabric care package after purchase (but before delivery).

I had a very good experience whilst shopping at the Guildford store. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff they were very attentive and knowledgeable regarding the furniture. The gentleman who helped me with my order was excellent explaining in great details the pros and cons of the sofas I ordered and by doing so it convinced me to upgrade the seating. He explained the terms and conditions of DFS fully which was a great help. If only all shopping experiences were as pleasant.

Just returned from purchasing a sofa bed.
The sales staff were helpful and polite. Answered all my questions and were patient while I made my decision without trying to push me in any particular direction.
All in all a good experience, now I just have to wait for my new sofa bed t be delivered.
