happy to return
We were very happy to return to DFS for our replacement suite having purchased previous furniture from them.
Our salesman Luke was very knowledgeable and helpful, without the pushyness you can sometimes encounter.
The whole purchasing process was very straight forward, we now look forward to the arrival of our new furniture

We went to our local branch
We went to our local branch, and we were helped by Joe. He was very knowledgable and was able to answer all our queries. Very friendly. They didn’t have the sofa we wanted in store, but he talked us through everything and we were happy to go ahead. Looking forward to delivery day.

I would like to say how happy I was…
I would like to say how happy I was when I walked into your store I was welcome in to a lady called Linda and she was very helpful to me when I was looking for a sofa and she explained everything for the one I was interested in and I purchased in store and she was very friendly to me and my daughter I couldn’t speak highly of her and I will certainly recommend my friends and family to that store

The salesman Victor was able to answer all our questions and made logical suggestions based on our requirements.
Explained all the terms and conditions in layman's language.
And today the furniture arrived and assembled by 2 very able gentlemen. We are very happy with the furniture and the great service we received from sales to delivery. 👍👍👍👍👍👍
