The store manager
The store manager, FAHIMA, was a great person, and I was really happy with how he dealt with my friends and me when we entered the Luton showroom. He was very kind and professional, showing us the beds and explaining everything clearly. We were able to book the bed within 30 minutes of talking with him and close the deal.

Great range of sofas on display with the excellent Henna on hand to help
We visited DFS Luton to test out some sofas we’d seen online. The range in store was very impressive so we were able to try a good variety of options. We ended up buying a corner sofa and armchair, whilst taking advantage of the 0% interest 4-year credit offer.
Special mention for Henna, the lady who looked after us. She greeted us when we arrived and left us to peruse at our leisure. She checked in with us a couple of times to see if we needed anything, but we never felt pressured. When we were ready she took us through all the information we needed and made it all very straightforward. She gave us all the options available to us and made she we understood everything. Henna genuinely made the whole process a pleasure. We would thoroughly recommend a visit if you’re considering investing in furniture. Be sure to ask for Henna!
