Henna helped me a lot that day. Plenty of choices and the sizes were tricky. Moreover, she explained briefly about the warranty and the insurance. She is professional and polite. DFS winter sale was amazing. They offered plenty of choices with good prices and free interest up to 4 years.

Impressively friendly sales team
Recently bought a sofa from the Luton branch and had such a friendly and helpful reception. Henna our sales lady, was just fantastic. A real bubbly and friendly personality, honestly couldn’t do enough to help us. Actually made the sale memorable and gave us all the information and advice we could need. Would definitely recommend this store. And the sofa was such a good deal. Cant wait for delivery.

I came in with a family member, we were left to browse for a few moments. The staff seemed to pop up from nowhere as we needed them. Polite friendly and informative service. Most impressed that the sofa I ordered will be delivered in 2 weeks.
