Very helpful store assistant.
We went to look at the sofa choices at DFS, l was pleased that we were able to have a good look around the store, then someone came to see if we needed any help, this was so good as we were looking for a certain reclining sofa!.

From the moment we arrived, the service was friendly, professional, and completely pressure-free. Flynn was especially helpful throughout the whole process. We were greeted by friendly staff…
We were greeted by friendly staff members after entering the store, but didn't feel "pounced on"
We felt comfortable browsing and trying several sofas before deciding on the one we wanted, very quickly found James, who was very knowledgeable and helpful, he also explained the additional insurance option, again wasn't pushy.
Overall, we felt comfortable and at ease and very satisfied with our purchase
