Excellent service from the Simon that I dealt with. There was no "hard sell" which is always a bonus as there is nothing worse than wanting to buy something and then being hassled to within an inch of your life the second you wall through the door. All relevant information passed in and very relaxed and easy. Now to wait and see what it turns up like for the next review.

Deliver time changed to 2 months earlier which wasn’t expected at all, however was a pleasant surprise. Very happy customer here.

Phil in Norwich branch was great. He immediately got we were trying to achieve, we placed the order but had to go and double check the measurements. Despite ordering, we found the configuration wouldn’t work so amended our order within 24 hours, Phil was great; so knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating, plus a really nice chap. Would definitely recommend dealing with Phil.

Our experience at DFS earlier today was very good. The staff were polite, patient and knowledgable and we did not feel pressurised or hurried at all.
We feel confident the order has been put thorugh correctly and are looking forward to receiving our new furniture, which hopefully will live up to our expectations. We also feel happy we know how to contact the team again if we need any further assistance.
