Walked in and thought we knew what we wanted but Sam walked to us and asked if we are OK, she was lovely and asked all the right questions for our needs and if we looked online etc... we ended up with something completely different and it was way better and suited what we wanted or needed .. we purchased all warranty and cleaner .. so can not fault her experience and very friendly.. it seemed like we knew her longer than 20 mins... we have been to other stores in the past but we will recommend to others made us feel like we were home..

The staff were great not to pushy and every thing went through as explained, no issue no stress just a great sofa.

The staff were very helpful, and we didn't feel pressured to purchase anything we disnt want to

From our first visit a couple of weeks ago, meeting Katie who was very patient, friendly & professional to our final visit today for our purchase served by Natalia who was very professional, informative & chatty we have found the whole experience very easy & relaxed - not stressful at all. Its nice to be offered a drink, guidance when requested & not badgered the minute you walk in the door. Never purchased from DFS before but we certainly will be back & would easily recommend them in future. Hopefully the delivery & our enjoying our new sofa in a few months will be as equally as good.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the DFS Norwich branch, I made it a little easier for them as I knew which sofa I wanted to purchase, I had visited a few weeks prior to ordering as I required dimensions from the property I’m purchasing,

Ordering was so easy, I left a 10% deposit and a rough delivery date, very happy thank you very much

We were well taken care of by Richard, the sales assistant in Norwich DFS. He was able to advise us where to start and left us space to explore. Overall we are really happy with our DFS experience. Hopefully the sofa and chair, once they are delivered, will prove as good.

Moving house has created a need for new sofas and chairs. We had a very good experience at DFS, with knowledgeable and friendly staff to help guide us through the excellent choices available, and bang on budget too! We settled on a great combination of sofas and materials and can't wait to see them in the new setting. Thanks to Chris for his patience and help. The coffee was great too!

We were considering changing our sofa and visited for just a look, but ended up buying a recliner sofa!!
Not that there was any hard sell, there definitely wasn't! We were left alone after Katy introduced herself to us. We must have tried most sofas in the store but never once felt under pressure to buy. Once decided, Katy very efficiently, talked us through the buying process. Highly recommend.

A far better selection of sofas/colours etc than other stores on the estate, I was left to browse till assistance was needed, then all details/requirements were discussed fully without prompting to buy something else, I found the customer advisor who took my sale (Cassie)? very helpful & pleasant.

We visited you’re store this afternoon and purchased 2 leather recliner chairs .. Chris the salesman who looked after us done a brilliant job of explaining everything in detail for us .. wasn’t an easy job finding 2 chairs the same colour as our existing 2snd 3 seater settees but actually found near on same colour and style .. .. a win win for us as our existing furniture is 20yrs old .. but we cannot rate Chris any higher .. perfect salesman without being pushy ..
looking forward to receiving them in 12 wks or less .
