Dealt with a new recruit in Paisley showroom called Archie and he was very good, especially for his 1st time. Always go to dfs and would’t go elsewhere to be honest.

Staff were very helpful without being too over the top which we liked, sometimes I feel sales people in these shops can be a bit too pushy. The whole process took us around 45 minutes past the scheduled closing time but the sales person was happy to let us stay to complete it. Overall we were very happy with the experience.

New Sofa from DFS.
From the moment I walked into the store and asked for help, Ruairidh looked after me. I found the perfect sofa bundle and with Ruairidh's help I was able to confirm it would be the perfect fit for my house and concluded the purchase online after after I had checked my my measurements at home. Ruairidh kept me informed of everything at all stages by calling me and confirming all details.

Called into Paisley store for a new sofa. 2 seater and 3 seater reclyners.
Met at door by Ruraidh who was polite and courteous.
Explained what was after and directed to displays and left to wander once I had found what I was looking for sought Ruraidh who explained the deals available and option plans.

Good start but not good service afterwards
Salesperson pleasant and took care with us. Problems started when the Sofas arrived, not setup as promised, just delivered, one missing legs and the easy gliders for both missing. Legs arrived nearly 4 months later. Still waiting for the gliders. Offered £27 refund for the gliders. Disappointed with this.
