We had a great experience at DFS and couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Derek. He was so friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful from the moment we walked in. He listened to what we were looking for, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel under any pressure.
Thanks to Derek, we found the perfect sofa for our home, and he made the whole process easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to receive such excellent customer service these days, so we really wanted to say thank you. Derek is a real credit to DFS, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both him and the store to anyone looking for a new sofa. Thanks again from Kennedy family xx

Unfortunately I had a bad experience…
Unfortunately I had a bad experience with DFS in February of this year. I was with my niece when I purchased a lovely corner unit the Atholl suite.
To my horror I discovered 9 days later that it was 9cm
To long for what I needed. My niece and I went straight
Over to the store to find out what we could do about it.
Obviously I was going to buy another suite.
Lo and behold I was told immediately if I cancel I would lose my deposit of £676. I was shocked. You had to cancel within 24hours. I was told this when purchasing but did not think for all the world that I would have to cancel.
I had to pay an extra £276 to order another suite. It was the only option.Either pay £276 or lose £676. I was beaten. Thesuite I chose in a rush is very uncomfortable
And is of poor quality.
I have told this to the store but all I receive was we cannot help you.
I am having to purchase another suite suite as the one we have now has given me neck pain.
So beware when you shop at DFS. PAISLEY.

Dealt with a new recruit in Paisley showroom called Archie and he was very good, especially for his 1st time. Always go to dfs and would’t go elsewhere to be honest.

Staff were very helpful without being…
Staff were very helpful without being too over the top which we liked, sometimes I feel sales people in these shops can be a bit too pushy. The whole process took us around 45 minutes past the scheduled closing time but the sales person was happy to let us stay to complete it. Overall we were very happy with the experience.
