After I had made a mistake by ordering the wrong sofa (too big). I quickly called to cancel and fet the right sofa. The man on the end of the call was so patient with me as I changed my mind on the colour three times.

My wife & I needed a new sofa. The guys at DFS Plymouth left us alone to browse all the corner suites they had on display. We were only in the store 20 minutes before we found the one we both liked & it was so comfortable. We called over a guy to help with the next step. Liam was very knowledgeable & professional, he made our experience feel easy & relaxed. We are excited for the arrival of our new corner suite. Thank you

When we eventually made a decision we had everything explained to us and the transaction went very smoothly.
Didn’t need to ask any questions because the staff member answered any that we had prior to us asking them.

Upon arrival, we knew exactly what we were looking for. Brian greeted us, we has a short chat and then he gave us space and time to look around before we committed to what we wanted. Had hot hot chocolate and latte while we wondered. He was friendly, informative without the overzealous sales push. That in some places, just puts you right off.

He made our sofa decision journey, a 5 gold star seller experience. Could not fault him.
