The staff welcomed us, then we were left alone to browse the store.
We had looked previously on line, and had an idea of what we wanted.
The lady and staff were very pleasant offering drinks etc.
The lady was very clear explaining all the details, it was a very pleasant experience.

We got asked if we needed help we asked our questions and got the answers and then the girl said she would leave us to walk round the store but if needed anything else just ask so we didn’t feel pressured and didn’t get followed round like other places the girl was polite and friendly

Hi ! On entering there was no pressure to buy we were left to browse at length ! Staff came when asked and were informative about our needs .
When we found several that looked good they were asked several questions and a few wouldn’t be suitable for our needs !
Nothing we too much trouble when we got it down to the one ! Still no pressure to buy but helpful to the end !
Easy to pay and flexible with delivery etc

Chloe was excellent today. Nothing was too much trouble, she helped eithball our questions and explained everything in detail. Went above and beyond. Highly recommended.
