Great service
Just been to DFS Rugby and had the best customer service, staff were so polite and welcoming, letting me look around at my own pace but ready to answer any questions.

Awful customer service and abysmal furniture that peels and will need replacing after two years light and careful use. Keep well away from their stores even when they have a sale on. Oh that’s every day isn’t it?01

We were left to browse to look at sofas…
We were left to browse to look at sofas on our own and in our own time. We were offered refreshments and given all the information we needed when we had made our decision.
