Very knowledgeable salesman. Bob could answer all our questions on the leathers as well as more general questions. Drinks were offered and whole ordering process stress free.

We were left to browse to look at sofas…
We were left to browse to look at sofas on our own and in our own time. We were offered refreshments and given all the information we needed when we had made our decision.

Bob took time to explain the options / fabric / colour selection etc. Took time to understand what we wanted, helpful but not pushy. Samples available to help with selection. Polite and friendly staff explained the ordering and delivery process.

The lady who helped us today was polite…
The lady who helped us today was polite not pushing. Gave us some information when we arrived in the shop left us to go and wonder around the shop which was nice not to be followed around the store . She was helpful curious friendly made us a coffee.the transaction for buying was very quickly done very happy with the service received.
