Being followed
What I disliked about my visit was being accosted as soon as I walked through the door and being followed around, I told the person to stop or I would leave the store. I then continued shopping found what I was looking for and was helped by a lovely lady she was so helpful and polite she deserves 5 stars

Successful sofa search!
I was looking for a new sofa and had already searched online. The store had a great range of sofas and I was left to browse comfortably without any pressure. Having done that I was assisted by Pearl, who was very friendly and competent. She explained everything clearly and in an unhurried fashion, which made the whole experience very easy and relaxing. I would recommend.

Very relaxed atmosphere no pressure from the salesman to purchase!
Bob, the salesman was very clear and concise in explaining the purchase and maintenance of the piece of furniture we decided to buy. Also explained very clearly the details of the credit arrangements we entered into. First class experience.

The power chair mechanism malfunctioned…
The power chair mechanism malfunctioned just 2 minutes after it was delivered. Additionally, a component of the recliner chair was not included in the delivery. I reached out to customer service and the store, and I was informed that the engineers would be in touch. As of now, I am left with an expensive chair that is not functioning correctly.

Exceptional Customer Service – Highly Recommend!
I had an amazing experience at DFS today! I went in to buy a sofa and footstool and was greeted by Maddie, who was honestly fantastic. She was incredibly professional, super friendly, and so knowledgeable — without being even slightly pushy, which I really appreciated.
Maddie talked me through the whole process from start to finish, making everything feel easy, clear, and stress-free. The whole transaction was quick and smooth, and I walked away having bought exactly what I wanted. The 0% finance option was the cherry on top and made the decision even better.
I felt genuinely well looked after and cared for, and I left knowing exactly what I’m getting — no doubts, no worries, nothing left to think about at all. Brilliant service from start to finish. Highly, highly recommend!!
