I had a lovely experience with Sam, who was very attentive, without being pushy. It was my first time purchasing a sofa, and she answered all of my questions about the ranges I was interested in, plus offered useful suggestions that helped me make my decision. Really liked how friendly and down to Earth she was; I've made my purchase, just waiting for delivery.

We needed information and guidance We knew what we were interested in but…
We knew what we were interested in but wanted to see the selection available. The salesman told us where to look and gave us time to consider the sofas. He was on hand when we needed to ask some questions but gave us time to talk privately together.
We were not rushed or pressured in anyway.

Great Experience
It was lovely to be able to walk into a store and look around without feeling any pressure to buy. The store itself was clean, tidy, and very well presented, with two members of staff available if needed.
We found the sofa we were looking for and, when we were ready for assistance, Jenny came over and answered all of our questions. The whole process was straightforward, and she provided clear information to help us make informed decisions about the sofas and additional items.
Jenny also took the time to engage with our two daughters, who had been sitting patiently, which was a really thoughtful touch.
Overall, it’s a great place to visit if you want a relaxed shopping experience with no pressure, along with excellent service throughout. A truly memorable 5-star experience — thank you, Jenny!
