We were struggling with an insurance…
We were struggling with an insurance claim and Shrewsbury DFS were beyond helpful. The staff went out of their way to help us with information required by our insurer. They then helped us to choose a suitable replacement suite. The staff were never 'pushy' or 'intimidating' but always polite and helpful. Even after 3 return visits, the treatment was always the same. We would definitely return and recommend.

The whole experience was great
The whole experience was great. The store has a good selection of furniture to suit all tastes. The sales advisor we saw was most helpful, friendly and professional without being too overbearing. The products we chose were perfect for our needs and the sales advisor helped us come to a decision by answering all our questions and providing all the information and advice we needed.

We were told a date for delivery and it…
We were told a date for delivery and it didn’t turn up leaving us with nothing to sit on for 2 weeks. When the suite finally arrived the sofas were uncomfortable. Engineer put another layer of foam in seat as that’s all they would offer us. It’s still uncomfortable .
Never again will we use dfs

The comfort levels of furniture would be personal preference, if there is a fault found then we will assist but in this case, extra filling was fitted as a gesture to help better accommodate your needs. Apologies you do remain unhappy despite this.
