We had a really great experience at DFS and wanted to give a special mention to Joe, who helped us purchase our new sofa.

Joe was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He took the time to talk us through the different options without ever making us feel pressured or rushed, which made the whole experience really enjoyable.

He answered all of our questions, explained everything clearly and made sure we were completely happy with our choice before going ahead.

Super helpful staff member, I can’t remember her name but she did say she’d not long come back to work from sick leave and she was polish. Absolutely lovely woman, very welcoming, friendly and supportive.

kerry was fantastic, she was so helpful and listened to everything we wanted, enabling her to deliver and meet our expectations with everything we asked for. it was also very clear to us that she is obviously an extremely knowledgeable member of the team, as many others team members approached her throughout our visit for her help or advice.

We were made to feel very welcome and not pressured into buying any furniture.
Staff were very helpful and very friendly.

We attended today to look at a new recliner sofa, we were accompanied by Kerry who was extremely helpful, no pressure to sell and answered every question we had. We had to pop home to confirm measurements, she was patient and supported us when we returned so we could order the sofa! Can’t wait to get the sofa now🙂
