Great customer service and not rushed at all to make decisions. Gave us all the information we needed

We called into the Stockport branch, I'd seen a garden set on line, Colin the salesman was very helpful. Obviously the furniture wasn't in store, but Colin got it up on line for us, if he hadn't got it up on line we would have probably not purchased it. So myself and my husband can't wait to get our purchase.

Ordered a 2 and 3 seater Sofas plus a matching rug, today from DFS in Stockport. Nicky who served us was very helpful, friendly and informative. I would definately request Nicky again if I were to rerurn for furthur purchases. We loved the choice of colours and fabrics and the wide choice of styles, shapes and sizes to fit various lounge sizes. Also, loved how everything colour matched in each area, to give you some insperation. Thankyou Nicky for the nice coffee and hot chocolate while we were considering which colour and style to buy and for making us feel very relaxed and unrushed during the process. 10 out of 10!!

Particular mention goes to Nikki at Stockport that’s one knowledgeable man on the products, great interpersonal skills, good communication he just had a great way about him and made us all feel comfortable and involved in the purchase (family of 5 with x3 young kids)

My advice use this man to train the young guns they would learn a lot from him he seems a genuinely top bloke who cares about his customers and job.

Accent Slipper Chairs. Very personable responsive service. Understood exactly what we were looking for and guided us through. Very courteous. Whole thing was very quick and easy.

The assistant that served us was very helpful and went above and beyond to answer all our questions. Very pleasant and polite
