Member of staff was extremely helpful and considerate.

Ellis who was looking after us was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. He made us feel relaxed, like we were just chilling at home! We could've sat and talked all day. He sorted us out with what we needed, he wasn't forceful, or pushy, he gave us options and we chose what was best for us. We will be bck defo. Ellis is a cool guy go check him out. Thank u;)

The second we walked through the door we were welcomed and then left to look around at our own pace. There is nothing worse than being harassed the second you walk through the door. The salesman was on call if we needed him and believe me we did. We must of asked hundreds of questions and he was only to happy to help. We asked questions what must of sounded stupid but he was very professional and helped us with whatever we wanted . Our over all visit was very pleasant and we were made to feel very welcomed. Not sure what the name was of the saleman was but he deserves a mention. Thank you

It was such an enjoyable, easy experience buying a sofa at DFS. Anthony was extremely helpful with all his knowledge about the sofa and the process of buying the sofa. He fully understood my financial situation and gave us support in the most affordable way for us. I will definitely return to DFS in the future. The staff are lovely and the products and customisation process is amazing!

**ARRIVED LATE AND WITH DAMAGE - NO CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE **

Arriving late, over 3 weeks late, the store had nothing but excuses and lies. Customer service was unhelpful and rude on the phone, useless on the chat and unresponsive via email, including when a formal complaint was filed.

-Arrived almost a month late (due 8/7 arrived 27/7_
-Arrived DAMAGED (we have pictures and videos)
- Ignored a formal complaint

Honestly we regret it so much, there many other shops, please learn from our experience

Ellis was really helpful. (Without being pushy!) Let me take my time making my mind up and explained all the details clearly (eg: delivery etc). There’s lots of choice and I got exactly what I was looking for.

Your customer service staff was very receptive and made us feel very comfortable. He made sure we got what we wanted .

I had a good experience overall with DFS, and I’m happy with the sofa I purchased. The quality and selection were excellent.

One suggestion for improvement is regarding the customer service. I feel that staff should maintain the same friendly and professional attitude regardless of whether a customer decides to buy on that day or not. Customers should never feel pressured into making a purchase, and everyone should be treated with the same respect and courtesy. I hope this feedback helps with future staff training.

Overall, thank you for the service, and I look forward to enjoying my new sofa.
