We entered the shop and weren't immediately bombarded but introduced to by a member of staff and were left to browse. We almost immediately found what we were looking for, went away and returned to make our purchase

I knew what I wanted but it was nice to be given a bit of time to look around before being approached by one of the staff. Information and pricing was very clear and not pushy at all. James was helpful without being patronising.

Excellent service from arriving in store until making a purchase at the end. I appreciated being shown where the products were that we were looking for and allowed to wander at our own pace whilst the salesperson answered queries when required.
