Disappointed after 3 month wait

I placed an order for some basic items in mid-September, some that I needed for an event in late October. The company sent an email after I placed the order saying they were custom ordering a few items, and warning to not even contact them about it for 10 weeks. They didn’t ship the available items. So, I waited 10 weeks, (now no longer wanting or needing the items I ordered to use in October,) and in late November I reached out. They responded a few days later and said, “Good news! We got your items in! As soon as we check it we’ll send it.” Nine days later, I finally got a notice that a shipping label was created. USPS doesn’t yet have the package. I’m so disappointed, as I was excited to find sizes not available elsewhere. They need much better info about shipping times linked to specific products, and you should be able to review availability and expected delivery dates so you can modify your cart before checking out. Beware… or order with caution, a lot of patience, and low/no expectations.

PESSIMI

Sono italiana e non è la prima volta che ordino da loro. Di solito aspetto circa 5 mesi affinchè mi venga consegnato il prodotto, ma lo so e mi sta bene così. Quest’ultima volta purtroppo l’ordine è fermo in dogana al mio paese e Diablo dovrebbe contattare il suo spedizioniere e dichiarare che il pacco è perso o non consegnato e io avrei il mio rimborso. Non mi sembra giusto che ci rimetta 300 euro e loro con poco potrebbero aiutarmi. Ma nulla, non rispondono alle mail, mi ignorano. Io perderò quei soldi, ma gli auguro di perdere molti clienti perché non sono professionali e maleducati. State alla larga da loro!

Extremely slow to ship

While they had the in between sizes I needed in quality jewelery; the item didn't have an address label for well over a week. Then I got an email saying shipped, but usps does not have the item.
They made a shipping label and have not shipped it. Going on 2nd week.
Extremely slow shipping with zero to no correspondence.

Aweful communication and customer service

I ordered a custom made expensive piece of jewellery and needed to change the kind of metal I chose. I emailed them the day after, no reply. I wrote other emails, no reply. After a week i requested to cancel my order. I was informed that it would take 16 weeks to be made because the manufacturer has such high demand. So i figured what's the issue to cancel if my item sits on a massive waiting list. And communication had been so terrible, I have had enough. No reply... I sent another 3 emails finally someone said i couldn't cancel with custom made items. Fair enough, but why, if it hasn't even been touched yet and will only in 16 weeks minimum?

I said okay, can I at least change the metal of the item from rose to yellow gold? No reply.... Still waiting....

My god... If customers buy such expensive items your really should communicate and try and help them to get the right thing that they really cherish and love.
This is one of the worst experiences so far. I don't even know if I'll get the item after 4 months of waiting and probably another 3 months of shipping
