We already had an aging Hungarian Goose duvet for our double bed but in November 2022 I decided to purchase the double duvet option from Diamond Bedding and have not looked back. DB provided excellent service and the build quality of the duvets is superb. As it turns out the duvets are slightly larger than the one they were bought to replace and the pockets containing the down are slightly smaller than in our old duvet. To my mind these attributes have equated to a much cosier night's sleep, especially during the recent cold snaps. In fact it's going to need to be a good deal colder for us before we contemplate clipping on the thinner duvet. That thinner duvet will be reserved for usage in summer months in our house. I bought a firm pillow from them three years ago. It is the only pillow that i have found supports my neck properly without pain. I wanted a replacement - the older one isn't worn out, but i wanted to leave one in Spain rather than travel with a king size pillow (yes - first world problems, i know).

The pillow i bought 3 years ago was no longer available, so Diamond Bedding offered to manufacture one for me to the old specification at very close to the same price as my old one. And they did so within just a few days. I am so happy with the service i received and the quality of the pillow they produced. I even ordered an extra one so i have a spare for the future.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough for quality, service and customer care.

Original order didn't get delivered (Evri courier so maybe no surprise). But Diamond Bedding sorted it super quick with no arguments. Goose down duvet is absolute heaven. Will definitely use again.

Its been a couple of months now since I got my Hungarian down comforter and I couldn't be happier with it, especially with the current cold snap. It keeps me warm and toasty and is as soft as a cloud. Ordering and delivery were excellent, I'd happily recommend this company to anyone looking for good quality reasonably priced bedding,

Gorgeous, light yet warm and soft duvet. Beautiful cambric fabric, soft and luxurious. Clean, fresh, pleasant smell, no hint of feather treatment smell. An absolute joy to have on my bed.

I've had my hungarian duvet for a couple of months now & it is terrific. Its incredibly light so i wasnt sure at first but its terrific. Really warm. I also bought 2pillows which are also great. Why four stars not five. The sale isnt really a sale more of a marketing ploy. Bit of a shame because prices are v competitive so they dont need that framework to sell. It makes the company seem a bit underhand which is a shame. A bit like a shop that has a permanent closing down sale, but never closes down. The label on duvet does not specify what down is inside, so it could be anything. Generic, hungarian. The price is higher for the latter so i would like an accurate label as occurs in reputable stores. It means its an act of trust with a company i have no history with so nothing to base the trust on. I mean, who tears open their duvet. Those niggles aside, i am toasty warm & v happy to have made the purchases

I bought a competitors duvet it crackled every time I moved and was extremely heavy and was a lot more expensive . I promptly returned it .The Diamond bedding Hungarian goose down is superb warm light and most of all silent. Highly recommended.

Friendly customer services, easy website, quick sending. But most of all, the 15 tog Hungarian down duvet is amazing. I had no idea my old duvet was this bad until I received this lovely duvet. I was worried I would be fine and my husband too hot, but this duvet regulates do well! Best sleep we have had in years!

I received my Hungarian Goose Down Duvet on 1st November, just in time for the cold weather to get here, when I unpacked it, I was surprised of the quality, it is much lighter than the rubbish one I already have and the lovely soft material it's made form is amazing. I cannot praise the friendly staff at Diamond Bedding and their products more.

I have now had my Diamond Bedding goosedown duvet for two months; it is super. Every aspect of the duvet is high and I cannot fault the online description as it matches up perfectly with the product I received. It settles well on your body and there are no rustling noises when you move, as with some duvets. The all-season duvet is the one I ordered and the 10.5 tog is proving to be plenty warm enough for the winter. I'm sure the 4.5 summer weight will also be fine but haven't tried it yet. The delivery was prompt and the duvet was well-protected for transit. Additionally, we are both sleeping much better and I am sleeping right through the night; previously I was waking up several times. I cannot recommend this duvet highly enough.

Great customer service , I was hesitant after I placed my order as I wasn't sure on the tog , it was actually about to be dispatched but they retrieved it and customer services were patient with me and discussed which tog would suits and filling , so after all that I ended up with my original order but impressed with the patience if this company and personal attention . Duvet looks great too !

I have 2 weeks since i have placed my order and until now i didn’t receive it. I have contacted the customer service last week and they told me i will receive it today.( so 1 week later) the order was not even started to be prepared. Today I didn’t receive it, I contacted the customer service again asking for my refund because i will not wait 1 more week and the reply i got is” look at the tracking, is stucked in Hungary, so will be delays”. 1st this is not a customer service, and the right approach, and i am just asking for y money back because i will not wait 1 month for a duvet. I need it now, not in 1 month. This is nit a serious company, i can’t review the quality of product but a serious company that would care about their customers will not do this.
I know things can happen, but is about how you approach the problem. So is just unbelievable that i am begging my money back, a Refund for a product that I didn’t even receive it yet and god knows when i will receive it.

Well done Diamond Bedding. My duvet has arrived and is plumping itself up as I write. The customer service has been great - ringing me to keep me up to date and sorting everything out.

I cannot speak highly enough of this product. I bought a single, goose feather duvet in a 430 thread count case
.and I got it in the sale.
IT DOES NOT SMELL OF BIRD, GOOSE OR ANY FOUL FOWL.
it is well made, well finished and well wonderful. Light, warm and almost holds you in its softness. Worth buying at any price.
