Wonderful experience. Beautiful emerald and diamond band for my wife to commemorate the birth of our first born / baby daughter. The ordering was easy, follow up communications via email were proactive and courteous, packaged securely and presented in a beautiful box. High quality and a great value. Beautiful ring, arrived quicker than I expected it to arrive. The ring was the wrong size (my fault) but was resized free of charge. There was an issue with the ring when it was returned but that issue was quickly rectified by Diamondere!

I love Diamondere's customizable approach to jewelry. They didn't earn five stars because I paid extra for a particular delivery date, which they did not make. They did refund the rush charge, but that doesn't help when I needed it on a certain date and had ordered with an appropriate amount of time.
