Faulty turntable
Had a faulty turntable I bought about 18 months ago. Peter at Digitalis took all the details and promised to call me back later in the day. True to his word he called and advised he hoped to send a replacement and would confirm in the morning. Again as promised he called to let me know the replacement turntable was on its way. Superb first class service..could not be better.

Great customer service
Ordered a turntable and speakers via Amazon. Had a problem with a hinge . Amazon didn't seem to have a facility to raise a query. Spoke to Peter at the supplier. He identified the issue and sent replacement by return. All good now. Very impressed by excellent customer service. Thank you!

I recently bought a turntable/speakers combo on Digitalis Direct and the experience was great. I contacted the customer service because there was an issue with PayPal and Liam (shout-out to Liam!) was very nice and helpful! He replied very quickly to my emails and shipped my order almost straight away! I was very impressed!
I received my parcel on Sunday, by DPD, which is absolutely great!
Everything was safely packaged as well!
5 stars for the service and thanks again to Liam for your help!

I ordered audio equipment from Amazon they somehow duplicated the order and two lots of equipment was delivered. The speakers came Digitalis I phone and explained the problem. A very nice man called Peter told me to return them which I did personally and can't believe the superb service I received. Instant refund. Shall recommend this company to anybody buying audio equipment. Many thanks for your help Peter
