I have just completed my second transaction with Direct Bullion, the process of which was handled by your Mr. Sean McGrady. I am very pleased to say that the entire transaction was handled with courtesy and professionalism. Mr. McGrady could not have been more helpful: answering questions, allaying trepidations and, importantly, keeping us informed throughout the process. And it is this excellent level of service which, in the main, brought us back to transact further business.

I received great customer service from Direct Bullion, they made the process very easy for a 1st time investor, with good clear advice and a fast service always getting back to me with the answers to any questions. All my due diligence checked out as a trusted company to do business with. I also received a follow up call to make sure I was happy with the service and more advise on future investments. Just the way Harry Higgs (good name!) handled my investment & guided me through the hoops!! First time investing in the yellow stuff!!

First time buyer and Garry was charming and spoke to me every day until full payment of £5600 was made in August. Then all went quiet. Still awaiting delivery of coins, when I phone to ask when I can expect them, I’m given a date but nothing arrives! Wish I had never got involved with them, absolutely dreadful experience. So, coins arrived this morning and Garry phoned to apologise and acknowledge the level of service. This has put me off buying more gold going forward.

Had a follow up call from Harry today and I am now feeling more confident about my purchases.
There is a huge amount to understand about bullion and I hadn’t really understood the difference between graded and ungraded and the added cost/value of having a certified coin.
Now armed with this information I am definitely more confident about my purchase.

I do think it’s important you explain the difference so you can compare like for like. I had not understood what I was purchasing.

I’ve now updated my review and I hope I can eventually give you another 5 star rating. But you will work for it!

I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the consultant James Byrne who guided me through the process of investment of what was my first purchase of gold. His approach was excellent and provided a detailed overview of all I needed.

Sorted out all my worries does what it says on the tin & blew away the competition...will be a returning investor..!!..best of advice and after purchase support...company rocks pity I cant give a ten star review...!!..

Being a novice at this Harry Higgs was keen enough to explain the whole operation - and as it was recommended by Nigel Farrage I proceeded with confidence - my order turned up as suggested - will buy again.

Spoke to James Burne and ordered gold coins. Four weeks and two non deliveries later gold still not turned up. Three phone calls to James resulted in no calls back.

This was my first experience with buying gold coins and approached direct bullion as a complete novice. I was assisted in this by James who was patient and courteous at all times. I found his advice to be not just helpful but in my case necessary. James offered me great patience and assisted me in making the best choice for me and my family. I can recommend James and the company for the assistance they gave me and would happily use them again.
