I gave you a 4 not because of the…
I gave you a 4 not because of the service, the product or anything like that. That was all very good, efficient with a very swift supply. I commend you. However, your poor driver/delivery man was on his own. I couldn't help him the goods were far too heavy so I had to knock on neighbours doors to assist - luckily one was available otherwise I don't know what would have happened. The driver by the way was very kind. A 5 star for him.

We are glad to hear that you've been impressed with the order received and with the speed of delivery.
Regarding the delivery service that we offer, we do state in the delivery information on our website that this is a free one-man palletised service.
We also reiterated this information in an email from our dispatch team on 25/6 where we advised that "the haulage company delivering your goods operate a one-man delivery with a Tail Lift vehicle and Pallet truck. The driver is not insured to enter the premises but can wheel the delivery wherever he can access with the Pallet truck".
In some instances, the driver may take it upon themselves to assist beyond the scope of the service advertised, but there would never be any expectation that they would transport goods beyond the nearest access point to the property.
We're sorry if there has been any confusion regarding the service that we offer and if we can offer any other advice or assistance ahead of future orders, please do let us know,

Bought our media wall fire from this company Outstanding service from Mike and all the team really fantastic person to deal with, kept us up to date went out of his way to understand what we wanted and gave great advice, needed fire for a set date and they kept their promise and delivered early, girls on reception team also brilliant at answering queries great company would definitely recommend.

We went to the store where there were a…
We went to the store where there were a lot of both electric and gas fires on display. We chose an electric fire, we were served straight away and as the delivery driver was getting ready to deliver some items he put ours on board and delivered it 10 mins after we arrived home ! That’s what you call service !
