Ive had great experience with them order wasn't 24 hours but I was buying render machine so I wasn't expecting next day.
Fast delivery, great customer service
Good bunch of lads and helped me out as much as they could.
Ethan was.great dealing at the start and even still help out when on his holidays abroad.
Even helped out with a bit of finance
Can't fault them

Avoid this company and save yourself a problem. I've had many problems with various orders and won't ever use them again. Wrong required quantities given per meterage, which results in over ordered materials that can't be returned. Promised pre 10:00 am deliveries that they can't physically complete. The staff have lied to me on numerous occasions. They will tell you one thing and completely change the story when challenged. The company is a joke.

Just shows that the majority of people who order, have no problems and receive a good service are less inclined to write a review. However a bad experience they are straight on here to complain and give a company a bad name. I made my order on Tuesday evening, it arrived Thursday at midday, everything was there, i got it for a great price compared to competitors even with the delivery fee. Everything was well packed and in good condition. I personally cannot find a reason to fault direct building products.

Made an order for their standard advertised next day delivery. This failed and turned up 3 days later. Then there poor customer services reply was poor with no offer of a delivery refund. Then when it turns up the only packaging is a couple of raps in clingfilm. Poorest delivered package ever

We have been ordering various building products DBP for the last ten years. Communication always brilliant, and orders arrive within a few days. Highly recommended company.

Don't Trust the delivery...

Website advertises order before 1:30pm for next day delivery. This is not true at all. Ordered 9am for next day delivery.. it won't be here for 6days! Only found this out as i called them to chase a delivery time slot.

The person on the phone said, "oh yeah the website is wrong, we can't do that anymore, sorry about that"

If they know this is wrong they need to take it down, its misleading.

Ordered 14 bags of render for "Next day delivery" :-
1.It took weeks. No contact as to when we might expect delivery.
2.Had to keep contacting them tryinv ti find out.
3. Delivery turned uo with No Notice of it coming
4. 4 bags split - falling out onto road and drive (courier agreed), pictures taken.
5. They only agreed ti refund 1 bag - it's been 2 weeks since - STILL NO REFUND
