Just had 2 bulk bags of this top dressing delivered and wanted to leave a review as I'm so impressed with the professional and friendly service I had from ordering to delivery, nothing was too much trouble for them. I had some top dressing from a very well known national supplier a few years ago that was a lot more in price and the product I had delivered today looks far superior in it's appearance/quality.

Three tonnes of 10mm Golden Gravel ordered for a landscaping project. Product absolutely superb.
Bit of a mix up with delivery dates and the landscaper stinking off a bit but the quality of gravel is first class and price wise way better than most competitors in North West.
Extremely happy.

Promised us delivery on Saturday and we factored in labour for the job. Product didn't arrive and nobody answered the phone all day. We are now way behind on our project. Very disappointing.

Ordered some railway sleepers, quick delivery and excellent quality. Would use again.

Easy ordering, fair price, decent soil, scheduled delivery arrived on time, driver placed 3 x ton bags in a position I hadn’t considered possible so making my job easier

Ordered 5 bags of Cotswold stone chippings, phoned to check about delivery on a road with a slope, other online companies warned that they could only deliver on a flat road and were rediculously more expensive. Call answered promptly, a lady told me they had no problem with a sloping road. Placed the order and asked for delivery a day earlier than I had been told on the phone. Explained online that the job was under way, stones delivered early morning, no problem. Excellent quality, delivered on site where needed and great price. Good northern firm, fully recommended

Wow! We were really impressed with the service. We have had dealings with many building suppliers recently and North West Aggregates tops the lot. From order to delivery it was easy and stress free. The delivery guy was so pleasant and helpful nothing was to much trouble for him, he is a credit to the company. So a massive thumbs up from us. If you are reading this whilst searching for materials you will not go wrong choosing this supplier they are the best.

Ordered ornamental bark from NWA and what turned up was probably 50/50 between bark and shredded wood, sticks and twigs. Advertised on their website as 100% bark suitable for all areas. Spoke to the company to try to get my point across that the product was not as advertised only to be spoken over by a rude woman who would not let me speak and would not accept that they had mis-sold the "bark". Will not buy from again £140 of hard earned cash wasted on a second rate product.
