Outstanding 5-Star Experience!

Absolutely delighted with our experience with Direct Hot Tubs! From start to finish, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. A special thank you to Hannah, whose customer service was second to none — friendly, helpful, and always responsive.
The installation was seamless, carried out exactly on the day and time agreed. The team removed all packaging and left everything spotless — a truly hassle-free experience.
In terms of value, Direct Hot Tubs offer very competitive prices without compromising on quality or service. This is easily a 5-star service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hot tub.

Hannah kept. Me informed of the delivery times and when the delivery of the hot tub was delayed coming in from China, Hannah gave me plenty of notice.
Delivery was smooth and the tub installed exactly where I wanted it.

The team that installed and commissioned the Hot Tub and associated heat pump were excellent. They were clean and tidy and the installation was neat and tidy.
Direct Hot Tubs are a great company and you are in safe hands with Hannah.

I am probably the most cautious person when spending a sizeable amount of money on something I know very little about, but we have wanted a hot tub for years and finally decided to take the plunge (no pun intended).
I did a bit of research to understand what we wanted and visited a few garden centres and specialists to understand the difference between a £3k spa and £15k Jacuzzi.
I spoke directly with Hannah as access was not straight forward and was assured that they could accommodate my needs. Communication has been excellent and timely.
Installation completed last week after a challenging delivery (but they guys were great) and we are now proud owners of the Rose!
The instruction I received appear to be for an older control panel, but Hannah was on hand to answer questions with no delay.
Unfortunately the lid has been slightly damaged, but Hannah was on this straight away and is replacing it with zero quibble.
Overall, very happy with the SPA, the company (especially Hannah and the delivery guys) and the after care - highly recommended!

Despite a couple of delays no fault of hot tubs direct my tub arrived yesterday. Hannah was great and kept in touch with delivery updates and did her best to get it to me as quick as possible. Delivery guys were great and came with a good sense of humour and were very helpful. Hot tub looks fabulous and worth the wait ! Ordering and payment was easy with the option of deposit initially and there was no pressure to pay balance as long as it’s paid prior to delivery which I thought was great given the waiting time I was hesitant about paying in full too early on as you often read horror stories of people losing money but I was made to feel confident from Hannah that this was a trusted purchase. I am yet to give the tub a go but super excited to get in. I thought it was a lovely touch of customer service when Hannah contacted me at the end of the day of delivery to check all was ok with the tub and to continue to offer any support if it is needed.

Hannah was very knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the whole process of buying our first tub . Very reasonably priced and great quality tub . The team of lads who delivered and installed the tub were great too .

We purchased the Horizon hot tub from Hannah at Direct Hot tubs, it’s looks amazing in the garden. Delivery was on time on the specified date and the installers gave great advice to get us up and going. Hannah was great to deal answering all questions promptly. The price was the best value we could find online. Highly recommend!

Originally saw the Rose hot tub online. First hot tub so called up for some advise. Very helpful and answered all my questions and more. Installation went well and the operation, of the hot tub, was explained to me. Very pleased with the experience and the hot tub is of very good quality for the price. Would highly recommend.

My experience with Direct Hot Tubs from ordering through to delivery has been first class. Communication was efficient and informative. The delivery team went above and beyond with tight access to my rear garden taking care not to harm my tub. They then set everything up - friendly and professional. After care continues to be great with assistance with the chemicals and controls set up. Our hot tub is excellent quality too. Thankyou

Hannah was very helpfull leading up to the purchase and very quick to respond to my many questions offering good advice. The guys who delivered were also brilliant and ensured that my hot tub was exactly where I wanted it even if I was a pain in the a*** would certainly recommend this company

Delivered on the day , on time and the guys unloading were careful and helpful and drilled and fitted the lid with no fuss.
The tub itself is very good , the blue tooth and speakers are an added bonus and the jets stronger than I expected. I cannot praise them enough and highly recommend them. Tim Kemp.

We decided to buy a Hot Tub and after looking around for a few weeks we came across Direct Hot Tubs. Shortly after placing our order I received a call from Hannah to arrange a delivery date which was in a little over a week. The hot tub, heat pump & accessories were all securely packaged and undamaged. Delivery was faultless and the guy was careful & considerate. He gave us plenty of tips on getting the Hot tub up & running. We’ve had the hot tub up & running for a week now and are extremely pleased with our purchase. Overall, a really good experience and Direct Hot Tubs prices are low. We would definitely recommend them.

Hannah & Steven came to carry out our annual Hot Tub Service today. They were incredibly efficient & personable. Hannah has good technical knowledge and gave great advice. Attention to detail was brilliant & they obviously take pride in their work. I would recommend this Company to anybody wishing to buy a hot tub. 🙂
