Do not use!

Bought item from DirectNine in UK. They elected to ship item from USA but was not advised of this and clearly that is their choice. However the product did not work as advertised and when I tried to return it they insisted I pay to ship item back to their USA address rather than their UK address, effectively making the product non returnable due to the international shipping costs they wanted me to pay!

I tried repeatedly to resolve and even offered to pay for the cost to post to their UK address but they refused and after escalation offered a voucher rather than a refund so have had to raise with third parties and credit card company for resolution to try and get a refund for the item. A complete waste of time and effort.

Avoid this company.

I ordered this item on behalf of an elderly family member. We were unsure as to whether the ear pads would indeed be compatible with the original ear phones. We were relieved - and delighted to find that they fit very well. He finds them comfortable to wear and working well. Delivery took a while longer than usual these days - clearly the product had to be sourced outwith the UK, but the wait was worthwhile because of the positive result. The item was delivered by Royal Mail and arrived intact. We were kept informed throughout with respect to progress of the order. I am unable to submit a review requested by the manufacturers - avimabasics.com - some issue with the domain / security. Otherwise, very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you !
