- We will respond to your message by sending you a Return Authorization confirmation and a shipping label
- Print and attach this label to your order and drop it off at any FedEx location or dropbox
- Once your order is received in our warehouse, we will process your refund per our return policies.
- We will issue a credit to your original method of payment within 14 days after we receive the return package.
- Products that have been returned in used condition without receiving prior approval will not be eligible for refunds.
- Returns that weigh over 50 lbs may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.

I found the product I wanted on line very easily and while doing so got an offer for a discount if I ordered that day. I placed the order but did not connect the discount offer. I sent a text and the discount was discounted from my bill. It wasn't a lot but the fact that they went ahead and added the discount was wonderful. I will definitely use them again

The filter was delivered on the day it was scheduled and was packaged really well so there was no damage. I ordered a filter from a different company and the packaging was ripped. Later that filter leaked so I had to purchase another one. I highly recommend Discount Filters as it has been a great experience.
