Good Old Fashioned Customer Service
I found the right product at the right price very quickly on the easy to use website. Royal Mail (bless 'em) lost the first parcel. I rang Discount Medical and spoke to a very nice chap. He sent out a new parcel which arrived less than 36 hours later. I call that great customer service. Very impressed.

I have only just recently discovered these excellent suppliers. I found them online originally, but they advised me I could order directly through them. I wasn't sorry I did!
They offer a number of products, some of them brand names, at a competitive, cheap price compared to online suppliers.
Fast delivery, which gives peace of mind when supplies are getting low. They really care about providing a safe, reliable service for those who have special needs and require on-going support. Discretion is guaranteed.
