So disappointed. I got two packs of the pre glued lashes after seeing all the ads over socials claiming they ladt 10 days. They dont even last 24 hours. I got them six days ago and I've already used a whole box. I'd been using a cheaper brand that were lasting 5 days so I thought I'd spend the extra so they would last longer. What a total waste of time and money.

I recently placed my first order with Unicorn Cosmetics. I ordered the S.T.F.U Espresso Swirl pre glued lashes.
They are amazing quality and quite easy to use.
Unfortunately I picked the wrong lashes for my eyes, I should have probably gone for something lighter as they looked too big/heavy for my eyes which was completely my fault.
I'll definitely be doing some more research and purchasing some more lashes from this company

The delivery was also fast

I just wanted to comment on the excellent customer service experience.

I ordered the starter bundles stfu lashes and what I received was the teddy eyebrow gel I was debating g buying this anyways !

I contacted customer service with regards to my wrong order and unfortunately my husband had already taken out the packaging. I was happy to pay and keep the brow gel because I was impressed with the quality and they quickly arranged for me to receive the intended product! I can't wait to try it.

Can't rate these highly enough! The pre glued lashes are a game changer I have used others but nothing compares to unicorn cosmetics! Look like salon lashes take 5 minutes and last me all week even through swimming ect. OBSESSED!🦄💖

Currently surviving 35+ degree heat, humidity and a waterpark in Florida! Best pre glued lashes ever! At home I can get 2 weeks out of them, here I am freshening up every 6/7 days as I'm on holiday- trick is to reseal every couple of days/after a hair wash/waterpark/water ride once dry 🙌

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Unicorn Cosmetics.
I purchased two packs of the pre-glued lashes, costing over £40 in total, and I was genuinely excited to try them. They looked beautiful and the claim that they last up to 10 days was a major selling point for me. Unfortunately, this couldn't have been further from my experience, as mine didn't even last two hours before they started falling off.
Before applying them, I thoroughly cleaned my eyes and even waited around 30 minutes afterwards to make sure there were no oils or residue that could affect adhesion. Despite following the instructions carefully and taking extra precautions, the lashes still failed almost immediately.
For the price being charged, I expected a much higher quality product. I was also disappointed by the quality of the packaging, which felt quite poor considering the premium price point.
I contacted customer services to request a refund but, so far, I have not received any response, which has only added to my disappointment.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience and a complete let down. I had high hopes for these lashes based on the advertising and reviews, but sadly they did not live up to the claims or justify the price.

Teddy set go. Probably the worst lash glue i have ever used. I have used a number of brands and always see people rave about this lash glue and my lashes barely lasted 4 days! Other brands i can get to 10 days. It seems to just stay tacky, never actually dries and even a hintof moisture your lashes slide all over and end up being poked in the eye wish thrm. Really dont recommend and disappointed i bought 2 now

THE BEST! I’ve never looked back years and years later. I’ve used this company for a long time. Never a problem, always quick customer service and all around 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was an avid fan and have purchased 3-4 pre glued sets as theyre just fantastic and so easy to use. On my last set, I had a slight issue and they just werent meeting up to the usual standards of all my other purchases. I reached out and Lillie helped me, she was amazing, I explained everything, sent pics, she was then able to relay this to the production facility (as it must just be a blip) and even sent me a fresh set out, without me ever asking! Amazing service and an amazing product! Highly recommend!

If I could give zero I would.
I went for an interview with with Chris at the Maidstone warehouse with a stock control and audit background and it was so awful,
Just rambling and no training exercises as mentioned, no information to what systems they use, when asked I was told all systems are the same if he had come from the same background he would know this is not exactly correct. On top of this I asked could he let me know asap as I have another ob offer but come Monday no response so when I had reached out he read my message and ignored it, no wonder everyone complains about customer service. Oh and on top of this everyone that works there brings their stinking dogs to work, how can this be a sanitary environment for Packers and lash cutters

I had a minor issue with the packaging, Emailed in to customer services and spoke with Lillie who resolved issue straight away! Really impressed with the customer service and the product is amazing going from gluing my own lashes on to the pre glued is a dream

I will definitely be a repeat customer

Ordered twice now and first set of lashes were okay they lasted about a week, second set I ordered the more party lashes and they WOULD NOT stick, it took me 20-30 minutes to apply and they kept coming off and hurting my eyes, honestly so annoyed with this second set

These lashes used to be my absolute faves and they'd last for so long (sometimes upto 2 weeks). However I feel like something has changed with the preglue lashes (probably the fact you can now buy additional sticky tabs to replace the glue...) and now I'm lucky if I get 4 days out of them. So sad

I ordered bear brows alter ego and I have to say what an improvement it lasts all day, doesn’t go flakey / crusty it’s such a good product. I also buy no fluffs given individual lashes and the clear teddy set go glue and sealant it’s such a good product I love unicorn cosmetics and definitely a regular here!

Bought pre glued lashes from here. They wouldn’t stick and the one set that managed to stick lasted a day. I requested a return and refund. And they send back a bunch of solutions. So I tried the different solutions which didn’t help and which resulted in me then using up all the lashes. They then wouldn’t refund me. I put in a dispute with the bank. Which then I got emails from them, Their customer service is great unless you have a problem, then they can be quite rude. They just want your money.

My daughter got me into these - I’m a Lashify addict!!! I have tried other pre glued lashes, but not been super impressed…. OMG!!! These are my new go to - I love them, they are stylish, easy and lash a good few days 😍
I’m on my 3rd order already…. I also ordered the teddy tabs, but not yet tried.
My only worry with doing this review is if they get to popular 👀😱.

I was unsure after I placed my order as the lashes I picked seemed too dramatic for what I wanted them for, emailed customer service and got Lillie! She was so lovely and helpful! I couldn’t recommend this business enough the lashes are stunning! The customer service is impeccable and delivery was literally next day which is right in time for my holiday! Would definitely ignore the bad reviews!

I have been using UC lashes for some time now. The pre glued lashes are amazing, the best in the game!

Used to love this company god knows what's happened. Ive used the refer a friend for which it states 'family and friends' on multiple occasions. It does not state anywhere you cant do it more than once. My daughter used the code and her order got cancelled. The reply that was sent back to MY EMAIL that should of been hers left me gobsmacked to be honest. They basically said in a previous email to myself because of fraudulent activity !! I'm not a fraud how dare they insinuate this! Basically saying we are misusing the refer a friend. UPDATE the terms and conditions then! When i asked what part of the conditions covered this i was told 'because we can cancel any order at any time for no reason!! I asked in the email were family that lived in the same household not allowed to use the code but again made to feel like a fraud. I really think a strong title should say You are not allowed to use the code more than once etc so customers know where they stand. MUA are given 40% off despite not needing a qualification and when i said I do make up they said it has to be for bridesmaids parties etc.. Never heard such rubbish in all my life,they probably thought i was up to another scam..I get they are a small business my only gripe would be don't talk to your customers in a way that makes us feel like im some kind of convict. Also don't be so selective in what YOUR definition of MUA is.. Strongly believe the bridesmaids comments was a way of saying your not getting discount despite me placing large orders at a time.
Honest feedback at this time to potential customers would be don't order the glue.. its cheap its tacky, dries up after a few uses and clumps together..
