Tills are the slowest moving cues and never all open always been like that.

Dobbies so handy for lots of things from food to gift ideas as well as being a great garden centre. Staff are all so helpful and friendly. We always use the restaurant with our twin grandchildren who love it. A big shout out to the restaurant staff Alison and Jacqui that look after us so well and help entertain and clean up after our two messy toddlers.

Been 3 times recently, twice for breakfast. Dobbies is convenient for meeting our friends. First visit the food was hot (ordered and brought to the table) and tasty but the waiting time was ridiculous at the till, for the coffees and paying. Last Thursday 31 March, breakfast was on the hot plate, so cold by the time we waited on our hot drinks, very disappointing. Yesterday we only wanted a scone and a drink and we ended up leaving the queue and going to Costa across the road. The cafe is a disaster zone - staff are friendly but clueless. Surely if only one person is making coffee, then another can take the payment?
The cafe is clean, the same cannot be said for the toilets in the main shop...............

We went for a coffee after spending over £60 to find there was no de-caf coffee at all. The staff were all really busy in the restaurant so we spoke to a manager of the garden centre who said, yes they had run-out the day before. There is a Sainsbury in the garden centre so they could easily have got some. Not best pleased at all as we came away with no hot drink from our card.

My shopping experience in store was just as I would have expected friendly staff and well stock.However the products I purchased were not of the standard I would have expected. I purchased various packs of flowering bulbs when it came to planting the bulbs I was very disappointed in the quality all of the packages had defeat bulbs. This is not what I expect from Dobbies.

Excellent selection of cards which is all I came in for ! Would recommend

Absolutely beautiful store, friendly staff and good choice.

I was looking for certain items & wanted more than were on display. I asked a member of staff at the checkout, who tannoyed for a departmental assistant who attended promptly & provided myself with the additional items without delay. Both staff members were very helpful & professional. The store appeared clean & well organised.

Very happy with service and staff and a good breakfast. And we will get our garden furniture on Sat thankyou .

Our first visit since Covid began as we were shielded. Loved the garden. Lots of beautiful plants to choose from.
Only disappointment was the state of the toilets.
Not very fresh. Toilet paper everywhere. Just old cubicles from years ago.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Excellent plants. Good variety of gardening equipment.

Great selection, as always, and helpful staff. Good access and parking. Superb coffee house and restaurant facilities. Club card a valuable "bonus".

It is always a pleasure to visit Peterborough Dobbies as you never know what will be on display for me to buy, whether it be homeward, giftwrap, books and children or the wonderful array of plants.

The restaurant "service" was disgraceful!!!!!

Always a great shopping experience at Dobbies, lots of space to move around and staff are always friendly and helpful.
Great selection of plants as well as household items, clothing and the food hall is well stocked with a good variety to suit all tastes.
Great choice of food and drinks in the restaurant too.

Went to Dobbies Dundee for lunch and was not disappointed. The food and the service was very good. Had a wander around the garden centre and usual it was clean and tidy.

At restaurant always made to feel everything appears to be a bother. Never greeted or served with any enthusiasm.
