we had a very enjoyable time at dobbies on monday 3rd october 2022.had lovely coffee and scones in the cafee and got some christmas gifts in the shop also.we also bought a lovely filled autumn pot.

Staff were quick to get prices for item that was last in store and was missing at price tag

Love this shop. Beautifully laid out - the garden centre is immaculate. Staff go above and beyond to be helpful, friendly and informative.

Visited to take advantage of 20% off offer. That, along with my Dobbies Club Plus discount, resulted in significant savings on my Autumn/Winter plants. Service, as usual, was excellent.

Lovely plants and mostly good prices. Great selection of lovely bits and bobs

So my wife and I "loved" having a coffee and cake day out at Debbie's on a Sunday. However the food standard, cake selection, choices and the quality has fallen dramatically over the last 6 months.
We went last Sunday and this will be the very last time.
So so sad

Got email advertising 2 packs of 20 plants for £10 so went very nxt day but cudn't find them. NOBODY in the plants nd outdoor area to ask! Girl at checkout wasn't aware of the offer so called for anthr member of staff who didn't arrive. Wasted journey! On plus side we did njoy a very nice lunch nd free coffee but was still very disappointing. The 3 stars were for the restaurant only! Why advertise things that aren't in stock. Not the first time this has happened to us!

Always lovely to go to dobbies. Always a queue at the cafe/restaurant it’s so so slow people make comments about this I can hear them remark while waiting, it’s a nice day out and most people like myself want to sit down with a cuppa someone needs to sort.

Absolutely love the garden centre and always tempted to buy some plants but now I have to think twice as the prices are twice the price of smaller garden centres. Unfortunately, also rewards are disappointing.

On arriving at Dobbies my friend and I always go and have a coffee and cream scones . On this occasion there was none on display at the counter . I had to ask one of the assistants if there was any available , she said she could go and make up two scones for us . It was after 2 pm in the afternoon when they should have been on display .

We were Very disappointed in the scones yesterday morning, we love a cherry scone but they were so flat you would have found it difficult to split it in two. We ended up buying a plain scone…..it was alright. There used to be pancakes & they were really good but haven’t seen them recently. By the way we called in a few weeks ago on a Monday & there were no scones, the girl at the coffee machine informed us that was no one to bake scones on a Monday. Very strange.

Restaurant is really not good. Nice staff. But I had wanted coffee & scone or nice tray bake. No scones & no nice or suitable things to eat. Went to grocery part of shop to buy a packet of biscuits to eat with coffee. I love rest of shop & like loyalty card. Gr8 value. I hear so many complaints about restaurant/ canteen. It needs a make over.

Visited today and brought two acer plants Stephen was extremely helpful giving us advice on how to take care of the plants. Delighted with our purchases and the friendly knowledgeable staff😊

I’m very disappointed that you don’t roll over the coffees from one month to the next

Prices are noted to be increased, given that we are facing a real tightening of our purse strings this current year. We are in our 70 “s But still are visits to your N Ireland garden centre, is very enjoyable, staff are very helpful.

Staff in the restaurant carried my laden tray to the outside eating area, leaving me to collect the cutlery and condiments after I’d paid.

I spent 2 hours in Dobbies, Lisburn and can report that the store was well merchandised with a very large range of products to choose from. Staff were helpful,friendly and available when needed.
Happy to recommend the store to others.

My family and I had an afternoon tea yesterday to celebrate our birthdays.
Pleasant service , the sandwiches were very thick and the bread definitely not fresh ( ends quite hard ) the fresh cream was not served in a ramekin dish but a bun case but scones were pleasant. The tray bakes came cut up but felt like they'd been sitting out like that for a time .Most definitely not the experience I had been told about by friends. Nice enough but did not fulfill my expectations.
