Cafe cluttered with dirty tables, we cleared our own table so we could sit down
Service slow , food tepid,
Only 2 tills open ones was at the food and tea station so caused long queue staff seemed unconcerned at this. Very disappointed

Lovely shopping place good range of goods along side the garden products .Nice environment and good helpful pleasant staff

Great - really like the fact that The Works etc are all in the same building.

It’s always nice to visit Dobbies. My little dog loves it when I say we’re going there. Love lots of proitgat you sell. Our garden is full of everything from Dobbies.

Layout and easy access to items I was after.

The staff at Debbie’s morpeth were very helpful and polite. The only thing when I ordered my trees they said I would get an email with a date for delivery, but that did not happen, luckily my neighbour was in and took them in for me.

Firstly - Waitrose opening on site!

Secondly and perhaps more importantly a member of staff on customer services counter at the entrance who very kindly looked after my trolley whilst I visited the plants & garden equipment.

The staff are always very helpful and friendly and if you need any advice they will explain it to you.

Loved walking around the store, so much choice and lovely displays.
Restaurant was clean, friendly staff and food was very good. Will definitely be back

Not much stuff on sale at the moment alot off stuff gone .. Maidenhead aquatics gone too ...not like it used to be at all sadly I live round the corner so go at least twice a week but it's getting more and more disappointing

Like to have a walk around to see what’s on offer as it is large enough to do this

Restaurant, Cafe, TheWorks all very friendly and helpful - Soft play great for out toddler granddaughter too ...but VERY disappointed to hear that the meat and deli section will disappear after 23 Oct - we realise that since being moved into the Sainsbury's section the footfall has been poor for them ... suggest this is bad product placement and they should be back to their original situations in the main drag / by the coffee shop (instead of candles and cards!)
