Having spoke to the parts department I ordered the item I wanted and I thought it may take a few weeks to arrive. However I received the item within 3 days which was a surprise and good service.

Dobells responded to my order in an efficient way so that the parcel ( containing a comfort seat for a nc 750x) was promptly delivered. I’ve used the seat for a one and half hour ride with great success, expecting similar results on longer rides. Well done guys.

Brilliant and friendly service
Fast and seamless between ordering to delivery.
I bought from Doble previously, and I will be buying one or two more items to complete the mod upgrades of my 2025 Honda NC750X bike, as their friendly / family nature goes a long way.

Placed order with Doble clothing and accessories
Placed order with Doble for a top case kit, as it was showing in stock on 13/07/2026, I received an email that one component was delayed and will arrive the following week. This was fine as needed for a trip away with friends on 26/07/2026.
A week later I called for an update and was told there was outstanding items and they should arrive in time.
On 24th my kit was despatched and as I asked for next day delivery, I was momentarily relieved until I got the courier email advising delivery will be on 28th, two days after I left on my trip.

Sorry to hear that you had an issue with the second delivery. I can see that the kit was booked for next day delivery and collected from us by DPD on the 24th, so it's frustrating that it took so long to reach you. Unfortunately that was out of our control and it has been raised with the courier. I hope you were still able to enjoy your trip though and if we can assist with anything else then please let us know.
