Happy to sell bikes but nothing else
I was happy with the sales aspect but disappointed that no one wanted to help me with purchasing gear or a service plan. I ended up going elsewhere and recieved completely different service - I was even given vouchers by Dobles as part of my purchase as an incentive, but why would I when it doesn't seem like the staff are interested in assisting a new rider!

Accessory went on back order
I ordered a radiator guard for my new Transalp back in June. Dobles let me know it was on back order (possibly due to the fire at the Honda warehouse in Spain) and offered to cancel the order and give a refund. I decided to wait and it arrived sooner than expected and in perfect condition. Can't fault Doble's communication, they are a reliable seller and use a reliable courier service. Thanks for caring about the customer so much. Top marks.

Emailed them to see if the part was available and a quick response saying it was, so i ordered the part and was delivered 2 days later, cant ask for better than that
