Scam! We ordered some furniture 3months ago which hasn’t arrived. We have had 2 emails from them in the whole time, one of which said shipment is delayed and they were going to send photo evidence of loading, this has never been received.

Ordered a coffee table 5th June from the AU store. It has been 3.5 months and still nothing! In the first 6-8 weeks, had 2 emails saying there was a delay in shipping due to weather then they’d get back to me - have chased down twice since and no response.
Will be reporting to consumer affairs in a couple of days if it doesn’t arrive!

Ordered a $900 cabinet in July. Money from Credit card gone on July 29th 2026. No delivery as yet so emailed and 2 messages via website. This was a special gift for my new home for my 70th birthday now passed,,,2nd Sept! No answer to questions or tracking. Website looked legit and well monitored. People are still buying. I thought they were in Perth, I'm in Brisbane. But the furniture is made in India so thought maybe product was not in Perth warehouse. Was not a pre order so thought in stock. Anyway will be taking legal action if no reply soon to help others avoid this if not legit. Lucky I have 2 lawyers in my family!! Regards Myra Elsdon

SCAM! STAY AWAY!

Reported to authorities to shut down the website.

I had initially put one star review for delayed shipment and not responding to queries.

Then he reached out to me and refunded the complete amount and even though item is already shipped and about to reach in 2 weeks time.

Anyway, this business is genuine but has two problems,
- items could get delayed in shipment. So likely they might say one month but delivery could take 3 months. Not ideal!
- Communication is not up to the mark.

I have ordered a bed and there has been close to zero communication with them. They have responded twice to my requests of where my order is in the shipment process and they say they send photos which they haven't. You cannot get hold of them via whatsapp. And I have no way of asking for my money back as there is no communication from them

Ordered a mirror on this website. Very well made website. However after 2 months and 4 emails later with no response, I still have not recieved my item. This is a scam and do not even waste your credit card on this. They are not legit. I would give them zero stars but that isn't an option on trust pilot.
