Still awaiting correct order.
Wrong panels arrived and damaged.
Would not send correct order, untill the wrong order was picked up.
Refused to tell me if what I ordered were in stock. Or give me a refund until all the wrong order was returned .
So at the moment waiting to see what their next move is .

Travel dog crate
I purchased a dog travel car crate from Dogs Health and it arrived yesterday. It is very flimsy, not at all sturdy and the door handles wouldn’t even open, I tried all four of them. I’m going to return the crate as it is totally unsuitable.

Communication is shocking.i ordered a dog crate nearly 2 wks ago.ive done alot of chasing up and was informed it will be dispatched on the 2nd Sept I'm still waiting and my emails havnt been responded to .
I've still not had any info as to whether this has even been dispatched yet and still not received anything .very dissapointed with the service

Lovely thick shampoo her coat is now soft and hopefully flea free going to order another bottle I feel because it is a thick liquid it is mor controllable by not washing off before you can get to it. So well done I recommend it

Bought 2 dog water bowls for kennels
Bought 2 dog water bowls for kennels. One was misshapen however a perfect replacement was sent to me without delay. Definitely recommend 👌

So my product arrived damaged, I have emailed them asking to confirm I will receive a refund. No response.
Basically, you say I have 14 days to return items but your communication is so poor I have waited for 4 days already?
Please email me back to confirm my items will be refunded.

Really good website and fast delivery
Really good website and fast delivery. Would have given five start review except that tray was slightly split on arrival. Nothing that some tape couldn't fix.
