I find this company very reliable. They deliver on the date specified and the meat is very well packed in dry ice. The meat and fish are good quality.

The order and delivery process is easy and on the couple of very rare occasions that the products or delivery were not perfect the customer service team went out of their way to respond / resolve.
The slow cooked beef rib is the best I and my family have ever tasted and the diced beef and burgers, all types,are excellent.
I would highly recommend to anyone.

Easy to order, all goods of highest quality - meat, prepared meals or even prepared vegetables. Always delivered on the day chosen, and well packed. Forgot to mention the deserts - to die for - always a hit with family and friends. We love the Christmas boxes - takes all the stress out of cooking Christmas dinner and good value. Again easy to follow instructions makes life calm.

Very well packaged and excellent quality meat

I buy beef and lamb products from Donald Russell and they are excellent and good value. It's unfortunate, however, that they have ceased to offer free-range pork and poultry products, so I have to go elsewhere for these.

Beautiful fillet steaks and I use the beef rib trim in the slow cooker, which makes a lovely succulent stew

In all the years I have used Donald Russell I have only once had a problem which was immediately rectified and compensated. Their products, whether meats, fish, meals or sweets are of excellent quality. Not only have I bought for myself but have sent as gifts to England and France!

The food is amazing quality, and a great price too. Love the click and collect facility. We got fillet steaks and lamb shanks. The steaks are wonderfully tender. Saving the lamb shanks to have at Christmas.

I ordered meat regularly from D R before covid and wouldnt have gone anywhere else. Top quality, choice, price, delivery. This is my 3rd order since these days and i find some of the prices rather high for my budget. The quality is still very good but the delivery service rather slow...a week. Still worth it given the quality and variety on offer.

Delivered right on time, to the right place! Excellent meat, tender steak and tasty pork loin chops to be recommended to carnivores.

For me, always an excellent company with good reasonably priced products but most definitely when on offer. Apart from one-off orders through the year, I always order my Christmas and New Year meals from them and we and my friends have never been disappointed with the quality of the food. Yes, one has to know how to cook or just improvise with what products one has, but with practice this makes very excellent meals !!! Thanks.

I have been buying from DR for many years and have always been impressed with the quality of the product , the ease of ordering and the reliability of service including delivery. The prices are higher than in the supermarket but the quality of the product is such that it feels value for money. I have just had the short rib of beef delivered again for a special meal this Sunday and I know it's going to be fantastic.

I love this company, the meat is excellent, no question. There are some items I wouldn't buy from anyone else. great service on the phone, staff are lovely and helpful. delivery is great too.

I have had the chateaubriande,the filet steak(which is fabulous) each piece is just the right size for 1 person and so tender it melts in your mouth!!. I have just placed an order for burgers,sausages and more steak 😋.Well packaged and well informed of delivery..Great service and my go to for all my meat in future…

I write this review following a request from Donald Russell. I have been a customer for over 20 years but regretfully I find that the quality has fallen to below an acceptable level for me. Steaks are tough and I used to enjoy the sausages and sausage rolls but the level of bone and gristle in recent purchases has caused me to stop buying them. Now I find it difficult to buy from DR with confidence.
