Poor quality External Hardwood Pattern…
Poor quality External Hardwood Pattern 20 Pairs.
Already delaminating on arrival which both my joiner and carpenter were surprised about. I asked if they could tell me what protection I should use and? The answer, I quote "The manufacturer have seen the photographs and from their knowledge they don't believe that this is delamination, they believe it seems to be of a scratch". the delaminated slither is still attached and shown in the photo they were sent.
Even it was a scratch, it was there on delivery.

Careful and Pleasant Service
A pair of fire doors has just been delivered by Daniel G. from Dooordeals. Daniel was so pleasant and helpful, especially as the delivery needed to be made in the middle of York, not the easiest place to park. He was quick and careful in handling the doors too.
I would be quite happy to use this firm again.

My door was delivered by a cheerful & polite young man at 8.00 this morning! Very impressed with the speed of delivery from Sheffield! My 4th door( spread over the last few years! ) & when in touch by phone or email there has always been a friendly & informed person at the other end of the line!The doors have all been good quality & the firm appears to be run in an efficient & professional manner!

Excellent service and product
We ordered a front door from Doordeals and have bee very impressed. When initially looking at doors we called the customer service team who were informative and friendly, ordering the door we wanted was simple and all additional parts such as glass and sealant were easy to add for the correct products we required for the door. Updates were sent on multiple occasions after placing the order to keep us updated about when we could expect our order. Most importantly, the price was very competitive which we worried may mean we were compromising on quality, however, once the product arrived we can confidently say the quality is excellent. We are very happy with our order, Doordeals will now be our go to should we have any further requirements.

I bought a engineered oak external door…
I bought a engineered oak external door just over a year ago with excellent sales and service from the company. But then things started going wrong. After several months the door expanded and contracted beyond the vagaries of very wet and cold weather when this does happen I asked for advice and support from DD and esp the suppliers. The support has been very poor, the suppliers evasive with no clear answers and i am now landed with a door that doesn't function properly and is unsafe as an external door. i would strongly advise people to check before buying engineered oak doors. I had followed their instructions for installation with great care.

The delivery was on time and the driver was very pleasant. The doors are beautiful and for price of good quality.

Good product, very helpful staff.
I bought a rebated pair of half glazed hardwood doors. The price was very competitive. The finish is excellent, no sharp edges to sand before priming, just a brush down to remove a bit of dust.
The staff were very helpful with the delivery details, I had limited availability to accept delivery.
They do their own delivery when they can which limits handling and avoids over packaging.

Absolutely disgusted with this place, charging £80+ vat delivery to replace a wrong order , when they already charged £50 to deliver , Iv spent over £1000 with this company I will never use them again , do not use this company absolute rip off

From the information in your review, we're unable to locate an order to be able to assist and/or provide a considered response to your thoughts.
Speaking in general, if we've made a mistake or provided an order that is incorrect, we absolutely wouldn't charge the customer to put that right. If the customer has changed their mind or made a mistake, we'd do what we could to assist and to minimise any subsequent costs, but may need to ask the customer to return the item to us or apply a charge to contribute towards offsetting the costs of collection. We try to price as competitively as possible, which means that we can't simply absorb logistics costs entirely where we've simply done what we've agreed to do.
