Product arrived, but delivery took too long
The product arrived and is working well.
Before payment, communication with Paul Carter was very fast and helpful. However, after payment, responses became very limited, especially when I had concerns about the delivery.
Shipping took significantly longer than expected, partly due to customs processing in Romania.
In the end, I received the order and everything is fine, but communication during delivery could definitely be improved.
