The parcels came beautifully packaged and arrived really quickly despite the postal strikes.

despite my order being late - this was down to Royal Mail, when I contacted the company I had prompt, polite and personal communication and my wife loved her gift!

Sadly the bangle I ordered arrived out of shape ( I guess it was squashed in the post) . Was a lovely design but a bit too flimsy so I had to return it.
This is why I give 5 stars … the return process was so easy. I emailed on Thursday ,got a reply from Orsi on the same day, posted it back on Friday and today Tuesday I have an email to say the return is complete.
Thank you Dorsya I wouldn’t hesitate to use you again in the future.

Wow. What beauties! The Dorsya rings and bracelet I have ordered are simply stunning! I’m always a little hesitant about buying crystals and gem stones online but these are just incredible.
