Amazing customer service! After not receiving my first order due to the post office loosing it. I messaged straight away and they soon sent me out a replacement that came 2 days later! Love the necklace it’s beautiful. But so pleased how they handled the situation 😊 will be back to buy in the future.

Bought the The Magic of the Moon and the Stars Silver Cuff Bangle with Moonstone Gemstone for my daughters 30th birthday which is in December. I ordered the bracelet in October as the item had been previously out of stock. The bracelet was beautiful and my daughter loved it. Unfortunately 4 months later the stone fell out and was lost, I contacted customer service to be told it was out of warranty and there was nothing they could do, I was told that the stone probably fell out due to wear and tear??? Obviously the bracelet was not made to an acceptable quality. as I would have expected it to last longer than 4 months. I am Very disappointed with the after care service, will not be buying from this company again.

Great product and very understanding owner. Royal mail lost our package and said it had been delivered even though it hadn't and we were in. Could have fit through the letterbox easily. My wife ordered another and the necklace is great. Lovely detail and quality. Thanks for the refund on my order Will definitely use again.

Ordered 3 necklaces . They arrived super quick and in nice little bags + a free gift (bead bracelet with the beads spelling ‘Magic’). The necklaces were zodiac ones, with a pattern on the front and one on the back. Really lovely.

I have purchased several pieces from Dorsya and have always been happy. I recently brought a £65 silver ring which is adjustable and after a week and a half it snapped. I emailed the company with photos who accused me of manipulating and bending the ring out of shape, so therefore would not replace or refund me. Considering I have spent quite a lot of money with them I was quite upset to be accused of this just from a photo.. This should not happen after a week and a half so i can only assume from this the quality is not as good as they say. Reading other reviews elsewhere this is not the first occasion the owners have tried to wrangle out of refunds or exchanges when items have broken. I have given two stars as I have liked all my other pieces but be warned if your item breaks it is unlikely they will refund or exchange. What upset me the most was being accused of over handling the ring and basically blaming me for it snapping in a week, all assumptions made from my photo. I will not be ordering again which is a shame as I was a good customer.
