I reciently bought a ring when I saw an ad over the bank holiday for 50% off. It stated the ring was originally £85 so I was getting it for £42.50. Which at the time I was very happy with. I also liked another ring which was out of stock so I decided to keep an eye out for other deals. I received the ring which was beautiful the stone was completely different than advertised but you would expect that with natural stones. A few days later I checked the website again & the offer had ended & the rings were being advertised at a regular price of £65. This obviously got my back up as I felt I had been conned so I emailed them to give them a chance to explain & hopefully some form compensation. Instead I got a response that just made me angrier about there T&C's & price fluctuations. I now receive emails from them & their latest one says 50% off everything so I go check it out & rings are now being advertised at £99!!! 🤯 This company may have beautiful jewellery but their morals & ethics are disgusting!! I have screenshots of all the different prices if proof is needed. Honesty & integrity are everything for building a lasting business with loyal customers this is not the way to go about it.
