my necklace with 2 days of ordering which I was not expecting as I didn’t pay any extra for postage.
Not only is the necklace absolutely stunning but it came with a gorgeous little gift and notes including care instructions and some lovely empowering and kind messages which are simply beautiful 💕💕 I actually just cried reading the messages 💕💕

It was easy to navigate on the website. There were a lot of choices for jewellery. The quality of the ring I purchased was great!
It was reasonably priced and budget friendly. It was shipped quickly and was informed of where my item was. This was my first purchase from Dorsya, but not the last! Love the items on the website.

I brought a lovely star sign necklace on line. Arrived on time & and lovely packaging/jewellery bag.

Emailed customer service as worried it might not arrive on time, very prompt and helpful responses - order come that same day!

I bought a moonstone ring and wore it only a handful of times and unfortunately the stone fell out and broke therefore I was not able to stick it back in. I contacted customer services to request a replacement but they refused saying it was due to me wearing hand cream etc which I do not wear. Very poor customer service and not the quality I would expect with such little wear.
Will not be purchasing again. Would not recommend.

Easy order and shipment. Only disappointment were the import costs when arriving in the Netherlands. I was not prepared for that. This made the total price of the item quite high.

I'm not exited with the ring I boght. the stones look nice, but the frame is so poorly made i'ts realy a disapointment and not worth the mony.

On the bright side, shipping was quick and the contact to the customer center was a very good expericance.
