I was genuinely impressed by the brand’s design, website and overall philosophy, but unfortunately the product itself did not live up to the image. It turned out to be inexpensive costume jewellery presented in attractive packaging.

I purchased a men’s chain with a pendant in gold vermeil. Most of the time it stayed in its case, and I wore it on roughly eight evenings. After just a month of such light use, the gold plating on the chain had worn off due to the pendant rubbing against it. This material is supposed to last 8–10 months with regular wear, not start fading after only a few nights out.

Customer support suggested sending the chain for restoration, but I didn’t buy a piece of jewellery to send it off for repairs every month. It’s quite disappointing.

Went above and beyond with customer service sending me replacement to my home address! I have one pair of pearl earrings that are my signature and I can't be without them. I am really grateful for fixing the issue and will always remember this place for gifts

Incredible customer service.

I recently bought a bracelet and asked for it to be made slightly longer as I like to wear my jewellery quite loosely. This was done at no extra cost to me. Unfortunately, it was just too big and Dower and Hall agreed to shorten the length and, again, at no extra cost.
Each time I contacted customer services they responded in a timely manner and always in a friendly and professional way. They’ve been brilliant. Couldn’t fault any part of their service or products for that matter.

I came across this company on Google when looking for a new necklace. They had a few I liked, but carried on looking around elsewhere. Eventually I decided on their Men's Hope Talisman Necklace. It's beautiful. Great detail. Nice size and weight to it. Perfect chain length. Also had it engraved on the back at no extra cost. Quick delivery. Really happy. I'm still eyeing their Phoenix and Tree of Life Talismans. Great company. Definitely recommend. Thanks.

The jewelry turned my fingers green. Very cheap and terrible quality. They also use models who work for a MAGA cult so I will never shop here again.

I had bought my wife 2 pairs of Earrings and she wanted to have 3 sets on the same theme = a rose
but wear them together, honestly it was struggle to find matching earrings from one Co i ended up dealing with 3 Co's of Which Dower & Hall are one of.
My Wife will be thrilled when i give her this pair.

Stunning jewellery, lovely staff.
Handcrafted jewellery and I have received and bought multiple items over the last few years. Any issues the staff are so willing to help. I have been contacted by the workshop previously and they are so helpful too.
The back of my earrings broke after 1 wear and they fixed them, we’re very apologetic, no charge. Great service.
They have altered jewellery for me also, great work!

Such beautiful, delicate, timeless pieces. The gold vermeil dotty necklace and shell story charm, to match my starfish necklace, is so beautiful. I just love wearing them together.
