heating is too small
heating is too small, I often get cold at night. It would be unreasonable if students were not allowed to bring their own heating.

Hi Zhiling,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We’re genuinely sorry to hear about the ongoing hot water issues and the impact this has had on your wellbeing. No one should have to deal with repeated disruptions like this, and we completely understand how upsetting and exhausting it must be.
Please know that your comfort and health are incredibly important to us. We’re taking this matter seriously and are actively investigating the situation in your block to understand why this keeps happening and how we can prevent it going forward.
If you’re happy to share your room number with us, we’ll look into your case more closely and ensure you receive the support you need. We’re also here if you’d like to talk through any concerns about your rebooking- we want you to feel confident and cared for in your home.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We’re committed to making things right and supporting you every step of the way.
