As a family business, we’ve always taken seriously the health and safety of our staff, customers and stockists. In these turbulent times, this has never been more important to us. What we are doing
We are working hard to adapt to the ever-changing situation. We have as many staff as possible working from home who are answering your calls and messages. We have a dedicated team working at our warehouse, observing strict hygiene and social distancing rules to ensure all orders are safely processed.
What to expect
Currently, we are fully operational, and you can expect to find a good supply of Draper products available via our stockists. However, please be aware that we are experiencing a much higher than normal rate of enquiries to our phone lines, our product support team and our social media channels. Our staff are remain firmly committed to providing you with excellent customer service, but due to the huge volume of enquiries, it may take us a little longer to respond to your message. Complements: Many! Speed of initial response to my email very good.
Understood the problem I had in my misplacing the strap.
Declined my offer of payment for the part and provided replacement via DHL without delay.
Appreciate the service. Faultless.
Christmas present now fully operational.

Faulty workbench issue resolved

Got to say I had an issue with a faulty workbench ,and I was dealing with a very helpful customer service representative called Fran..
The issue was dealt with swiftly and professionally and was resolved with a replacement. Very pleaed

Dealt with Debbie when battery pack wasn't charging. Couldn't have been more helpful and replaced with a new one without any problem.

The customer service was excellent and was a great example of going above and beyond the customers expectations.

Large Snow Shovel with FSC® Wooden…

Large Snow Shovel with FSC® Wooden Handle (94107)

A soon as the shovel hit a bit of ice under the snow the handle turned as the securing screw had insufficient plastic under the screw head to keep the handle in place. I thought I was buying quality at £25, but no!
Solution was to use a slightly larger screw with a steel washer under the head. Now holding but this should not have been necessary with more quality control and product testing.

Excellent Customer Service

I contacted customer services to obtain details for a suitable engineer to complete MSSR inspections. They couldn't have been any more helpful than they were. It was a pleasant surprise

had a t15 torx wrench fail

had a t15 torx wrench fail,
got intouch with Joe at draper and he sorted it with just an email proof of purchase and recieved my new t15 less than two weeks after my original email and this was during the christmas break.
fantastic customer service.

I brought a torch unfortunately stopped working after a couple of weeks but was replaced. No quibbles…

I brought a torch at the NEC car show in November and a couple of weeks later it stopped working. I emailed Draper and they got back to me the next day and said that they will send a replacement. Absolutely fantastic response receive the new torch or working fine thank you.

Only used Draper strimmer a couple of…

Only used Draper strimmer a couple of times and plastic that holds the spool in place broke. Contacted Draper and was advised of the part I needed the buy. This was the wrong part. Subsequently told the broken section couldn’t be replaced, therefore strimmer is unusable.

Prompt response and great service.

Sent a query re spare part for a booster pump via the Draper web site. I included photos of the damaged part, and where it fitted on the pump. I was pleased to receive a reply well within their 1 working day target. This stated that the required part that I needed was no longer available, but that they had searched their spare parts list for a similar item, and would send me what they hoped would be suitable replacement. This duly arrived, free of charge and packaging, a few days later. Unfortunately, the part supplied proved not to be suitable. I've thought out a possible 'engineering workaround', but should this fail to work then and I have to replace the whole pump, then in view of the service I've received I'll certainly be happy to purchase another from Draper. Well done and thanks for your help, even tho' the problem wasn't sorted this time!

Very helpful

I was sent out a trolley jack via a third party and upon receiving it I noticed it was missing a vital component. Quick email stating the part was missing and the part was sent out. Very efficient and helpful!
